Conservative Organization Made Over 750,000 Voter Contacts to Get out the Vote
American Majority Action Drives Minnesota Conservative Early Voter Turnout
November 5, 2024 – With record numbers of early voters in Minnesota, American Majority Action (AMA) surpassed 750,000 voter contacts of targeted voters across Minnesota. AMA has led the effort to encourage conservative voters across the State to voter early.
Jennifer DeJournett, Minnesota Executive Director of American Majority Action, said,
“We focused our Minnesota efforts on changing the voting behavior of low and mid propensity conservative voters. The Left has dominated GOTV operations and early voting in Minnesota for decades. We worked with our partners and grassroots leaders across the State to encourage every rural mail-only voter to return their ballot and inspire all conservatives to vote early through absentee, whether through the mail or in person.
Whether it is through face-to-face conversations with voters at the doors, through their phones with live calls and/or personal text messages, our homegrown Minnesota team had impressive, focused results. Our ballot chase program in Minnesota was extremely successful with 82.6% of conservatives who requested a ballot or lived in rural mail-only townships returning their ballot before election day. We have engaged in a disciplined, effective effort through executing over 750,000 live contacts over phone calls, door knocks, and text messages with targeted voters. Our phone and door survey rate had a strong completion rate of 29.6% and 20% respectively.
While voters were tired of being bombarded through the airwaves and in mail in a Presidential year, we have found people still appreciate personal conversations about the issues that face us all each day. We made a lasting impact across Minnesota, one conversation with a voter at a time.
